I watched a program about Sri Jagannath Temple on YouTube.
I listened with devotion as my patients from Odisha spoke about the temple, their eyes lighting up with reverence.
I was deeply moved when I heard Miss Jyotirmayee Nayak’s melodious voice on Indian Idol, chanting “Jai Jagannath” — a chant that seemed to echo far beyond the television screen and settle quietly in my heart.
